Cowmedy & Tragedy - Cow Parade Comedy & Tragedy is a collectible cow figurine, from the famous parade of cows. This CowParade member but designed by artist Mark Dischler who survived cancer at age 13, an event that inspired him to create this representation of the juxtaposition of comedy and tragedy in human life. Echoing the classic comedy/tragedy masks of the traditional stage, this piece glows in shades of pale pink and medium plum, violet and teal, accented with black and white. Cowmedy is depicted on one side of the cow, with the heads of two chortling audience members. Tragedy, on the other side, is represented by a tearful watcher�even the cow is crying on Tragedy�s side.
