We try to process credits every Friday afternoon.
Sometimes customers believe that they were charged twice. They enter their credit card in the Shopping Cart and it is DECLINED. The reason is typically an address mismatch. A customer enters their business address but the credit card bill is sent to their home address. Or, they’ve moved. Or, whatever. Most International customers are declined. We then process the credit card in the office and it is ACCEPTED. We have not been paid twice. What happens is that many banks put a HOLD on funds when a request for payment is made. They will eventually release the hold. But, for some banks it is two weeks before they do so. Other banks only hold funds for 2-3 days. We have no control over the bank. You can talk try talking to your bank to see if they will release the Hold.
We frequently email you a revised Sales Receipt reflecting the credit you are receiving. This Sales Receipt may be sent prior to, or after, the credit was processed.
If you believe you should have received a credit, and have not, please email service@wallstreetgifts.com no matter which of our 9 sites you purchased from. Include your name, order number and reason.
